Busy Philipps Having A Panic Attack On Instagram Live Is TOO Relatable!

Busy Philipps had a *minor* panic attack on her Instagram Story Tuesday night after she started suffering from sinus pain just two weeks after undergoing surgery to resolve the issue!
The I Feel Pretty actress broke down in her New York City hotel room, frustrated over her sinuses and the fact that she started picking her face — a nervous tick people sometimes perform when dealing with stress — the day before she was supposed to film a guest spot on Law & Order: SVU.

Busy tried to decompress with a bath, but of course the hotel tub was broken and only releasing “burning hot” water. So, she instead continued to unapologetically vent about her psychological woes.
After receiving a text from her mom, the 38-year-old was feeling much better, and, by the next morning, had put her sinus and face-picking problems behind her.
Sometimes, you just got to release all that anxious energy. Talking about it helps — it sure did for Busy!
